By using Rested, you agree to these terms. Rested is operated by an independent developer based in Pennsylvania, USA — read this knowing it wasn't written by a large company's legal team.
Rested pulls assignment and class data from calendars you connect (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or any .ics feed) and proposes study blocks around your classes, routines, and sleep window. Nothing is written to your calendar without your acceptance, except where you've explicitly turned on automatic sync.
You need a Google account to sign in. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Pro: $9.99/month, billed through Stripe. Includes automatic daily sync, AI proposal reasoning, routines, syllabus parsing, Gmail deadline extraction, and the chat assistant.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; you keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Don't use Rested to violate your school's policies, to access calendars or accounts that aren't yours, or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
Scheduling suggestions and the chat assistant are generated by an AI model and can be wrong — always check that a proposed date, time, or deadline actually matches your syllabus before relying on it. Rested isn't responsible for missed deadlines resulting from an AI suggestion you didn't verify.
Rested is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch every deadline from every calendar source — some schools publish incomplete or delayed feeds we have no control over.
To the extent permitted by law, Rested and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed deadlines or academic consequences — arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You can stop using Rested anytime; cancelling Pro stops future billing. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse of the service or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
